Trey Santa Maria

Trey Santa Maria was most recently a member of the strategy and mergers and acquisitions team at Tesoro Corporation where he was focused almost exclusively on activities related to Tesoro Logistics, Tesoro Corporation’s Master Limited Partnership.  Prior to Tesoro, Trey was an Associate with the Zachry Hastings Alliance in San Antonio, a private equity fund focused on infrastructure, where his experience included working on transactions in the power, pipeline and toll road space. Trey started his career in banking in Chicago, first with JP Morgan Chase and later with ABN AMRO, as an Associate in its Power and Utilities group.

Trey holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
